You know wat really grinds my gears?? Aptitude Exams!! I mean, how come a President of a Country doesn't have to appear for one before giving his names out for the elections? knowing it is one the MOST important job!! AND How come i have to sit for hours and hours in one of these crazy exams for a decent work to earn $50,000/yr salary?

In fact, I love aptitude tests, we depend on them a lot when organizing people in a work space. It tells you about leadership and learning styles creating efficiency and great productivity at work! :)

i dont think there is anything wrong with aptitude tests. i dont mind doing them.
HOWEVER, it really would be awesome if the presidents had to take one. you are right - it is only THE most important job in teh world!
