What a Month. :)

What a Month :)

So its been almost 5 years since we all last got together. By we i meant by my parents including all my siblings.

Below is a quick list of how things were in last 14 days:

July 18Th appi came wid Hibah at 5 in the morning. We picked her up from the airport and came home by 8. Then at noon she got up and i went out for shopping with her. Then we took a quick stop and picked up the bride(my sis) from work and went to Tariq road, for some more shopping and came home by 10 p.m. Then me appi hibah and baba went out to see our aunt and came home by midnight. :S

On July 19Th i and appi got up at 10 in the morning for some more shopping :S and came home by 4 p.m. meanwhile my brother and his friends including my dad went to the airport to pick jeej and noni. then in the evening the groom parents arranged a small dholki at their place, so went there and stayed till 2 or i guess 3 in the morning.

On July 20Th Appi left for her susral with Hibah. So i got up at my own time and went out for shopping with the bride.

On July 22Nd we went for the Mayoon/Mehndi rasam at Faraz bhai's place (groom). And then on the very next day we had our side dholki. on 24rth we had mayoon and mehndi rasam at our cousins place. and then on 25Th the wedding ceremony was held.

Now in between all this me n my brother and umair were practicing for a medley, and our cousins worked their asses off and danced on 22 songs (yes!! 22 songs, they practiced for a month).

Saturday 26Th was a lazy day and on 27Th we had the Valima dinner. :)

It doesn't sound all that .. but really!! we had soo much last minute shopping and on top of that appi was leaving on 30th so in less than 2 days we had to get the gifts and lists of things that she decided of taking from here.

CONCLUSION: I HATE SHOPPING AND I CANNOT LISTEN TO BILLO RANI ANYMORE!! (random ..... very random) :)

The bride and the groom went out for their Honeymoon on the 31St and now noni is leaving with jeej on 2nd Aug.
